We want you to love your ride, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Onewheel or accessories within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition. Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be authorized by our support team.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official Onewheel website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Onewheel board and all included components are protected for transit.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the board to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable fees.
