How fast can a Onewheel go and what is the range?
Depending on the model, Onewheels can reach speeds of up to 20 mph and offer a range between 6 to 32 miles on a single charge. Factors such as rider weight, tire pressure, and terrain will affect performance.
Do I need to wear safety gear while riding?
Yes, we strongly recommend that all riders wear a helmet and wrist guards at minimum. Since Onewheeling is an action sport, proper safety equipment is essential for protecting yourself during rides.
What is your shipping policy for boards and accessories?
We ship boards via ground service within the continental US. Accessories typically ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that due to battery regulations, international shipping options may vary by region.
What is the warranty coverage on a new Onewheel?
Every Onewheel comes with a limited warranty. The motor and electronics are covered for 1 year or 2,000 kilometers, while the battery pack is covered for 6 months or 1,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
Can I return my board if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unridden, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Once a board has been ridden or the seal is broken, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety and refurbishing standards.
How do I update my board's firmware?
Firmware updates are delivered wirelessly through the official Onewheel app. Simply connect your board via Bluetooth, and the app will notify you if a new Digital Shaping update is available.
